Anti-corrosion Spray Paint For Industrial Use - Ideal For Automotive & Metal Repairs

APPLICATION:

• Automotive & Transportation: Auto parts refinishing, commercial vehicle (truck, bus) maintenance, and cosmetic restoration and corrosion protection for motorcycle frames, trailers, agricultural machinery, forklifts, and logistics equipment.
• Manufacturing & Repair (MRO): Surface coating, refurbishment, and rust prevention for factory machinery and equipment, metal structures, pipes, valves, storage tanks, and production lines.
• Construction & Infrastructure: Corrosion protection and decoration for metal railings, doors and windows, ventilation ducts, roofing, signage, guardrails, and other outdoor metal structures.
• Home & Commercial Renovation: Furniture refurbishment, hardware, appliance housings, decorative items, and spray coating for metal and wood components used in shop renovations.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1. Surface Preparation (Critical Step):

   Use an appropriate cleaner (such as thinner) to thoroughly remove any oil, grease, dust, and moisture from the surface to be sprayed, and ensure it is completely dry.

   For metal surfaces, use sandpaper (180-240 grit is recommended) to remove rust until the base material is exposed, and remove all sanding dust.

   For smooth surfaces, lightly sand to improve adhesion.

2. Masking and Protection:

   Use special masking tape and paper to protect areas not to be sprayed.

3. Preparation Before Use:

   Shake the can thoroughly for at least 60 seconds to ensure the pellets inside the can are swirling back and forth to thoroughly mix the pigment and resin.

   Before spraying, warm the can in warm water (no more than 40°C) for a few minutes to increase spray pressure and atomization.

4. Spraying Procedure:

   Hold the spray can upright 20-30 cm from the surface.

   Spray in steady, back-and-forth motions, covering 50% of the previous coat with each coat (cross-over technique) to achieve an even film.

   A "thin-layer, multiple-coat" technique is recommended, applying 2-3 coats with 5-10 minutes between coats (touch-free time).

5. Drying and Curing:

   Touch-free time: Approximately 10-15 minutes (25°C).

   Touch-free time: Approximately 1 hour.

   Full cure: Optimal hardness and chemical resistance are achieved after 24-48 hours. Avoid contact with chemicals or mechanical abrasion during this time.

WARNINGS:

• Before Application:
  Personal Protection: Wear standard protective equipment during work, including chemical goggles, chemical-resistant gloves (such as nitrile gloves), an organic vapor respirator, and protective clothing.

  Environmental Preparation: Ensure the work area is extremely well ventilated (e.g., by installing forced ventilation). Never work near open flames, heat sources, or equipment that could produce sparks, as this product's vapors are flammable.

• During Application:
  Avoid Contact: Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention.
  Inhalation Risk: Avoid inhalation of spray vapor or mist. If you experience dizziness or discomfort, immediately remove to fresh air.
  Content Pressure: Do not puncture, incinerate, or expose the container to temperatures exceeding 50°C (144°F) to avoid the risk of explosion.
• After Application:
  Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area out of the reach of children. Waste disposal: Please dispose of empty cans and waste in accordance with national/local regulations on hazardous chemicals and do not discard them at will.
